Disabled Children's Fund

Who Are We?

Providing dignity to those in need worldwide

Disabled Children’s Fund (DCF) is a humanitarian organization committed to serving the indigent and oppressed children and their families worldwide.

DCF was founded by Bill and Erma Collins in 1996 as a nonprofit, all volunteer organization predicated on the following:

“Can I have a cup of cold water… please?”

*The essense of compassion is helping others become self-reliant

 * It shouldn’t hurt to be a child

*Every child has a right to know they are loved

*Restoring human dignity for the disabled

Disabled Children’s Fund provides about two million dollars worth of humanitarian services annually at no charge for children and adults.  Disabled Children’s Fund provides braces, wheelchairs, crutches, walkers, and rehabilitative services globally.

Other opportunities to serve are Sports Camps, Disaster Relief, Well Drilling and Free Medical/Eye Camps.
